I have been an Associate Broker/REALTOR with CENTURY 21 Investment Realty for 5 years. I enjoy shepherding clients through the process of achieving the American Dream of home ownership. I am a Fine Homes and Estate Sales agent with CENTURY 21, Relocation Certified, and have my Accredited Buyer's Representation certification (ABR). I have been in the Top 100 CENTURY 21 agents in Louisiana for 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
In 2005, Breitenbach acquired her real estate salesperson license and became a multi-million dollar production REALTOR. She was promoted to Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Mackey's Perkins Road office, then recruited by Keller Williams Redstick Partners. In 2008, she acquired her real estate broker's license and became the Managing Broker for ERA Stirling Properties for Baton Rouge and Ascension. Breitenbach led the offices to achieve their highest market share since Stirling Properties became a franchise of ERA in 2001.
She is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS, where she was a member of the Grievance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee for a number of years. Additionally, Breitenbach is a member of the Louisiana Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Breitenbach was in marketing and advertising for 25 years. She was the Marketing Director for Premier Bank, Director of Marketing and Advertising for All Star Automotive Group, Partner in Essential Marketing and owned Nancy Breitenbach Marketing, LLC, and Advertising Director of Business Report.
Breitenbach remains active in the community and has sat on the Board of Baton Rouge General Hospital Foundation for 10 years. She was a board member of the Junior League, Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce, American Heart Association. She has chaired numerous fundraisers including Baton Rouge General Foundation's Excellence in General Gala, LA Arts and Science Gala, and prevent Child Abuse LA Gala.
Past honors include the Baton Rouge Business Report's 40 Under 40, Who's Who in 2002, and graduate of Leadership Greater Baton Rouge - class of 1994.
